Custom Pods
The HOBBS Custom Pods are a line of natural finish, cast bronze chambers which are custom-machined and custom-fabricated to accept multiples and combinations of our standard jets, as well as to meet one-of-a-kind water effect and support equipment requirements. The basic design of each pod is a shallow, cylinder-shaped, single-chamber, outward-lipped body with lid, and neoprene rubber gaskte, secured with stainless steel fasteners. Typicall, each pod has a single, centered bottom inlet, and outlets or discharges in the lid; however, the vertical sides of the body can be fabricated with openings to serve as inlets or outlets. The pods are designed for maximum inlet pressure of 50 psi (115 feet of head); special construction and reinforcement can be done to increase the pressure capability to 100 psi.
